Catching up
on situation posted early FEB.

House allegedly 'sold'recently. I left 2.5 years ago after being hurt badly. I want (and am entitled to) 50% of net from sale; told him that; he said, 'No, don't want to give you big amount to waste.'

I've hired attorney who has sent him letter with suggested 'Separation Agreement,' so I'm waiting to hear from him. If don't hear for a while, attorney says we'll go to court to get judge to 'impose' the agreement (which includes 'alimony' until I actually receive house $.)

I'm anxious, afaid of problems in getting things out of house and afraid he'll bring our daughters (20 & 24) into this part of the situation. He's done it before, of course. I don't want them involved, because all that does is to upset them.

Thanks for listening!
