It is frightening that anyone as ignorant as Christine O'Donnell
has the even the slightest chance of becoming a U.S.Congresswoman. Her Church and State and the US Constitution gaffe is absolutely unbelieveble. Where the hell do these people come from?

3. She's irrelevant. A distraction. A nothing sandwich....My cat...
Polly faces shorter odds.

She's toast. She never was toast. She will be toast in two weeks.

But 'Donnell is the Judas goat for the media.

She's right down the road from NYC and DC, where all the media are based. And she's a marvelous distraction. Bright shiny object to chase... and without blowing out the expense account.

It's so convenient it's hard to believe it's an accident.

Meanwhile every pixel, column inch, and minute of coverage she receives is one not spent covering Paul, McMahon, Coates, Portman, Toomey...

4. If anything
the Tea party proves what bad straights our education system is in. I dont know if the lack of young people in the tea party is a sign that schools have gotten better over the last say 30 or more years or if young people just dont care. But it seems to me the only thing that can even come close to explaining the ignorance and stupidity of the tea baggers is a lack of education.

5. Did you forget how much stupid could of been
VP? Lots of stuff that McCain will have to answer for eventually but putting Palin in the spotlight is one of the most atrocious. Christina is just a flimsy copy of sister Sarah.

6. Her 15 minutes of fame were up about 14 minutes ago.
Coons was gracious to explain the first amendment to her. She looked
like a deer in the headlights. Call the wambulance, she has run over herself.

8. Actually she's running for the Senate, not Congress.
I'm glad she is, because she has little chance of winning in Delaware.

11. Sub- You're correct,, but to me the Senate is still a part of the US Congress.
I hope she does have little chance of winning. I guess we can thank those Supreme Court Justices for this mess. Money, Money, Money!!!

9. I have a feeling she doesn't really want to win. She might
actually have to do something for the first time in her life and that can be frightening. She just wanted to raise funds so she could pay her mortgage.

12. Do you remember the "kerfluffel" not very long ago, that arose
because the School Board in Texas are re-writing text books??

This is all the same story. The RR do not like American
History as it is. They rewrite and spout for their
versions frequently on the Religious Shows. You know
Pat Robertson etc. He has done a little revisionist history
or different interpretations himself.

Christine O'Donnell did not believe she was wrong. She
believes Coons is wrong. Kinda like Palin. They have
their own facts.

15. Voting from the heart instead of the head
I'm from DE. and O'Donnell won over the incumbent who'd been there for years. I have tried to figure out the Tea Party supporters and it's like they are voting for a deacon in their church. You may not be smart but your heart is in the right place. Look at all the stuff that Palin says and as far as Bachman is concerned the revolution started right there in Concord, NH. The blog from Roger Ebert had a good line in it. "Despite the dogma of the Tea Party that the government must not invade our private lives, they have no hesitation in dictating what we may do between the sheets."
http://blogs.suntimes.com/ebert/2011/07/the_republicans_exit_history.html. Then, look at Bachman's husband who runs his therapy practice like it's a church. I think quite a lot of the voters are very sorry they took on the Tea Party and that being Right could be so Wrong! Isn't this why we broke away from England in the first place??
