Did you ask why they refuse en banc review of these cases; is it because no legitimate jurist would ever sign their name to this obvious misconduct?

The Senate and The Senate Judiciary Committee have know about these cases for several years now yet all of our Representatives continue to ignore the real issues facing healthcare reform and it is called “LAW ENFORCEMENT” competent “JUDICIAL REVIEW” and "OVERSIGHT" of our so called free markets.

Just like the current Attorney General Mr. Holder; Ashcroft, Gonzales and Mukasey have all protected 8 years of judicial misconduct. The next scandal to break is who was paid to protect these faceless acts.

Madam Speaker, unless you enforce our laws, clean up the obvious corruption, and stop the cover ups “Healthcare Reform” is nothing more than a punch line. Maybe what we really need is some new faces midterm who will impeach or prosecute misconduct and live up to their oath of office?
