Auto-conversion of html-text to DU formatted text

YEAAAARRRGH! It is possible! :P



I've updated the Codificator with some additional features:
- a tool to convert text from the blog writing form into DU-formatted (DC board) text
- a tool where you can paste an url to the webpage you want, then fetch it and mark the text you want with your mouse, and autoconvert the marked text into DU formatted text, including links.

The last one was a bit of a stretch codewise, but it works ;-)
