My guess is that normal levels would be best. Of the 5.6% of men that suffer hypogonadism, the symptoms of weight gain around the belly, low energy, depression and others are correlated with heart problems. While most therapies for any condition have draw backs, there are cost benefits that can out weigh some risk.
