First ride since dislocating my ankle

Just did a short 5 miles and it felt pretty good, the test will be how it feels later tonight.
This Saturday is our communities charity ride and I'll do the 10K and ride with my wife instead of the 45K.

2. Doing OK

Our community charity ride was Saturday and I did the 10K with my wife. They had 300 riders for the 10K. The 45K started an hour earlier and I didn't see here how many there were for that.
I had spasms in my ankle that night that woke me up, but went for a short ride again on Sunday anyway. It's coming along, a few more weeks and I'll be back to normal.
