Anyone into real estate or know a good rea estate forum where I can
find a legitimate foreclosure, bank owned listing? I keep thinking I'm going to be ripped off even though it is not a lot of money. I don't want to be running around like a chicken chasing land that is not available.

This one popped up when I stuck the key words in GOOGLE.

The prices seem very low so I am suspect.
