Mrs. B and I started the South Beach Diet yesterday. |

I can honestly say we didn't go hungry. Still, I realized that, despite being full, we both still craved carbs. It was almolst like withdrawal. Strange. Still, I think we're on to a pretty good thing.

One of the things I liked about it is that you can incorporate carbs, especially have the first few weeks. Good luck and be sure to share your successes with us!

South beach diet. I don't know anything about it, but I've seen people who have done remarkably well on it.
