yesterday, I started off great but ruined it at dinner. I just completely over-ate, to the point where I was physically ill.
I've started off well again today. I've had a lot of water so far (I went to the gym) and for breakfast I had a yogurt/strawberry parfait (protein in yogurt).
For lunch I am planning on a salad w/ grilled chicken and some kind of cheese in it.
I don't know what I'll do for dinner.

3. Keep very low-cal stuff around to help with late night munchies. |

Celery is your friend! Did you know you burn up the calories present in celery simply by chewing it completely? You can get away with salting it very lightly if you need to, but plain is better. Air popped popcorn without butter or salt is good, especially the white kind because it's naturally a little sweeter. Other excellent choices are grapes and pitted fruits like plums and peaches. And remember, all of us are going to have days when we're going to overdo it for one reason or another. One slip does not have to mean that every day is going to go horribly wrong. I know you can master this process, MiisMillie. Just give yourself time. :D
