Just wanted to say after 2 and a half weeks. |

We have adjusted our eating, not radically, but enough that coupled with the excercise I am doing I am beginning to notice some tiny changes. Nothing radical, I have a long term goal so as not to disappoint myself.

And, be sure to look for changes in how your clothes fit before the pounds start coming off. Exercise will cause you to gain and tone muscle as quickly or even more quickly than you burn fat, so you may lose 4 inches in the waist but only a couple pounds. Just keep up the good work and enjoy yourself, and you'll do fine. :D

I think slow changes are the best way to go. Radical changes can be extremely tough for most people. I think you're doing a wise and sensible thing.
Keep us informed about your progress, and keep up the good work! :toast:

I think mentally, the hardest thing is to wrap your head around the slow changes, developing patience and also being ok with "slips" once in awhile. Afterall, we are only human and life is GOOD! And food is good! :9
