Stuck home w/o a car--and w/ a fridge full of food |

bad news. I haven't gotten on the scale yet, but I'm sure it won't be good.
At least I was able to keep up my exercise routine....
How do you get through it when it seems all there is to do is eat?

1. Long as you're staying with the exercise, all is not lost. |

To be honest, I'm rarely good at avoiding the munchies when there's little to do and lots of tempting food around. I really need to work on that. If you've been conditioned all your life to use food as a reward or as a way to relieve boredom - as I certainly have - then it's a tough fight to win. Keep yourself mobile if you can. Walk around the neighborhood, weather permitting, or listen to some good music. Chewing gum is also a good idea because you get to work your mouth without taking in a significant number of calories.
Hang in there. You'll be fine. :D
