2. Checking in here
I didn't do so well during Thanksgiving. I think I'm back on track, except I have no desire to exercise. I have lost a total of 16 pounds and have 8 to go to reach my goal. If I can maintain this weight through Christmas I will feel like I have accomplished a lot.

4. hey that's not bad at all!!
I HATE any type of exercise. I'm hoping for a treadmill for christmas though I have my doubts I'll get one.
You'll do fine over christmas, maintaining is good :)

5. 2 lbs in one week is great!!!
and 33 is awesome. Please don't be hard on yourself at all. If you lost 2lbs EVERY week (hard to do though) you'd lose a heck of a lot of weight in a year. Think of the little steps as getting closer and closer to goal. You're doing well!!

congrats!

6. That's two tenths of a pound
I have a few times lost 2 or 3 or even 4 pounds in one week but this wasn't one of those. If I lost 2 pounds every week, I'd be in heaven.

8. checking in! I have lost my will to excersize as well. I'm still losing,
but w/o the excersize it's slower. I just can't seem to make myself go to the gym, and it's soooooo cold outside. I just want to nest and drink hot tea.

11. I hate exercising!
And I don't do it. That's not a good thing. I really feel that I should but I have no motivation in that department. It is so hard to walk up a flight of stairs carrying groceries. My legs feel like they want to give out. I'm hoping for a treadmill for Christmas, maybe that will help.

You're not alone!

9. I'd like to introduce myself.
I've been quietly reading for awhile but I feel if I get into posting regularly it'll help me out. I started off a couple of years ago at 5'5" and 160 pounds. Just kind of packed it on over the years -- my college weight was 110. I am currently down to 145, which is borderline "ok" according to the charts I've read, but I put it ALL on in my waist so I really feel like I need to take off another 10-20 in order to look OK. Anyway I did Weight Watchers for a while and was very successful but have been off for a year. I think I'm going to try doing it on my own for awhile now. I've been back trying to watch what I eat and exercise on my own for about 3 weeks now and have been losing about a pound a week. So.... :hi: Hi ya'll! :hi:
