I'm wondering if anyone has some thoughts about sexism that need to be addressed?

I don't have any clear thoughts in mind, though I do see a problem with the pussy, douche-bag, make someone my bitch, .... if equivalent racial slurs were common idioms, I believe those posts would get canned. Posters maybe even banned.

anyone have some well reasoned questions?

(I have to say, admin here has got more respect for women than Kos--I'm referring to his arrogant, sexist display telling women outright that their concerns mean nothing.)

Actually my note was to thank him, comment on his great attitude eveidenced by his discussions toward setting up the Feminists' Group, and in comparison to macho-itis at "another" site.

He really does impress the hell out of me.

It looked like the idea hit him and so he took some time in his work day for it. Closed it when he had to get back to other jobs and couldn't spend any more time to answer posts.

It was Skinner just sort of doing a morning coffee break with folks, the thread stayed at the top and was pretty much people thanking him or kidding...it was very nice really. I only skimmed it. After a while Skinner locked it because he had to get back to work. No big eruptions.

I guess you could try doing a search for "author--skinner" (well I just tried to do it myself but computer running verrrrry slow....and I got one weird result that gave a date that didn't make sense (year 69 ? Huh?)
