Harassing Breast-Feeding Women Could Lead to Fines in Wisconsin
Swiped this from a post in GD. Imagine, something from GD a feminist would want to swipe and bring here!

All I can say is: Go, Senator Fred Risser! This is by far one of the most pro-woman pieces of legislation I've seen in a long time in these dark days. Awesome.

1. OMG, do you see the 'poll' they have on that page?
How do you feel about breastfeeding in public? There's no more positive response than "It's fine as long as it's discreet"

where's the "I'm all for letting moms nurse when and how they think is best for their babies?"

what is this discrete, fine shit?

2. Dontcha know, we can't be exposed to public boobies?
'cause boobies are for sex, not feeding infants, and men can't contain themselves, after all. Must not have public boobies!

I hate people who always whine, "but why can't they go to the restroom to feed them?" Gross. YOU go eat in the crapper. Ick. The kid is eating. An infant should be allowed to be fed anywhere other people eat or drink.

5. Yet these same people
Are typically the ones who would go ballistic if your child cries in a public place.

3. Yeah, the poll was...kind of a downer.
But I've decided to start sending fan mail to Fred Risser. He's obviously a good man.

4. Strange we need laws for that
And I don't understand why it offends anybody. It's very weird. When I breast fed, (Many moons ago) If I decided to be "discreet" it was more to protect my baby's feeding time, in specific situations. Baby and baby's food came first! Good for Senator Risser. Some common sense, refreshing to see.
