Inexpensive cat litter mats. |
|
Instead of spending $20+ for a cat little mat, I found some rubber welcome mats at Dollar General for $3 a piece. They have the all the little rubber nubbie things on them and catch litter really well.

Old yoga mats make good cat litter mats. They don't have the little "nubbie things" but still do a good job at catching the litter. Yoga mats aren't cheap but if you have an old one that you don't want to throw out, cut it up for litter mats. They are also make good scratching mats (the reason my yoga mat got "old" in the first place!).
