I hope Jesse Ventura keeps on fighting and speaking out. This country needs more courageous leaders like him.

I believe that regardless of what Ventura says he loves this country, and he is a true patriot. This is the home of the BRAVE, and that is exactly who Jesse is as a man and as a citizen. Only someone who truly loves this country could make the kind of efforts and speak out in this way.

I believe TSA actions are wrong, and fully support Jesse Ventura in turning this agency and their policies around.

Article III:

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

This court did not have jurisdiction to hear this claim. The statute in question under which the TSA regulations are made, in fact, spells out exactly where to file a case challenging them.

They filed in the wrong court, and they were given notice that they were in the wrong court.

Do you support courts taking cases over which they don't have jurisdiction as well?

11. Stripping Patriotism

The U.S. stripped me of my Patriotism a long time ago, albeit for different reasons as Mr. Ventura (economic, geo-political etc.). I guess one gets to a point where Jesse seems to be now, where you just give up on the notion it's your duty to fight. Where you realize the U.S.A. isn't what it's been made out to be, and worse, it's like your grandmother, it just ain't gonna change. And it sucks. As they say, "love it or leave it". It's a big beautiful world out there, Jesse. Bon voyage!
