My thread last night was confusing and I obviously do not know how to get my point across.
The point I was trying to make.. albeit not well, was all the Obama haters just screwed any chance for real healthcare reform.
Am I explaining myself okay? I am sorry If I offended anyone, this is not what i want to do at all. The BOG is very important to me.
If I am wrong, someone please... explain this to me like a 2 year old. I'd appreciate it. :)
Hugs to you all... and Please accept my apology?

we are not supposed to agree about everything. That's not what BOG is about; it's about respecting this President, and being constructive in our thoughts about the issues, as opposed to assailing him at every turn. We want to recognize the good things he does consistently ......and discuss those things we may have problems with as grown ups.

4. Absolutely agree with your post |

..no way would we even agree ..we're all inviduals but we do have one thing in common and that's respect for President Obama even though I certainly don't like everything that's been done since he started.
I'm just glad it was he who got this party started in the White House.

..but, I think the teabag candidate lied his way into office and perhaps Martha Coakley didn't have the fire needed to overcome the deluge.
They say brown worked hard to get in but will he work hard for the people of Mass or will he be just another party of NO who's working for the tax cuts of corporations and not making them accountable for pollution?
And, I'm not counting the Health Care Reform Bill out..hang on!

7. None necessary. I wasn't sure what you meant in your OP. |
|
I replied there that I didn't think it was much related to politics at the national level, more about the two particular candidates and the economy which is still recovering.
I have to agree with what you write here, though.
If half the energy that was spent criticizing the president had been spent supporting Coakley, we just might have picked up those 100,000 votes or so that we needed.
Thanks for being here!
