I hope my Senators are there - they need to be hearing him.

1. Just read at HP he has over 4,000 new Twitter followers. Someone
is listening. I'm listening to him on HuffPo, he's holding up so well.

2. I'm sure they are hiding in their offices with
C-Span on. Maybe it's time for some phone calls to our Senators.

3. The Senate bans panning of camera by C-SPAN
according to what I've heard. They don't want to be embarrassed by being caught picking their nose or sleeping or whatever else they do when they think we aren't watching.

9. That's what I figured, sadly.
The Republicans are the ones who especially need to be hearing him. Well, many Democrats as well.

7. For what I have heard in the past, there is probably an empty chamber.
But don't think that they are not listening. They may not like what they are hearing, but the world is hearing it.

Makes you wonder, though, why Senators are not forced to be there (I think that is part of their job) as long as there is action on the floor. They would probably take it all more seriously if they couldn't just go home.

8. Unfortunately probably not many.
I contacted my senators and told them they should be there supporting him.
