looking for a knit pattern for men's sweater

I guess the lids would call it *retro*

I'm desperate to find a shawl-collared, greek key sweater pattern. For those who remember the series, it would be similar to the one worn by Starsky of Starsky and Hutch. I've been searching the net, and haven't had much luck in finding something close. I had the pattern years ago, but lost it - and now I want to make them.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

1. Just about any sweater pattern like that would do

and if you could find a blowup of the picture (see below) you could probably chart the patterns yourself. I don't have a cardigan pattern but I do have a shawl collared pullover pattern if you want it.



btw, this is NOT a 'greek key' pattern. Greek key looks like this:

2. I would find the right base and then get out a Walker stitch book.

There are several Greek Key variations in her books (your library might have them) with different stitch numbers, so you should be able to find one that works with your sleeve and body numbers. Have you looked at your LYS through their patterns? I'm thinking that there might be something there.

3. Knitty has a women's sweater pattern called "Starsky"...
