Crafting Dilemma
Ok so I have been off work for over 15 months and I am crafting to keep my sanity... and I have found a lot of great sites that upcycle and I am excited to start trying some of these ideas to reuse rather than throw out

However now what the hell am I going to do with a soon abundance of craft items (jewelry etc)?

I want to craft however I don't want to add more clutter... suggestions?

1. Are you looking to downsize your crafty supplies?
If so, have you tried freecycle? I've had great success with reducing some of my excess crafty supplies through them.

If you are looking to downsize your finished projects, have you tried selling them on etsy.com? That's a great site to buy and sell handmade craftiness.

Good luck :)

2. no I am not ready to downsize the craft supplies... yet
although seriously I have a mini craft store in my house

however, I feel like my stuff would never sell...

But I love to craft... I wish I could give my completed projects away

3. if you really want to give them away, you can..
on Etsy.com, there is a thing called Pay It Forward, or PIF. You list an item for 20centss, which is the absolute minimum ruled by the site, and then another person can purchase it for the 20 cents and the idea is that they too, are supposed to list an item for 20 cents, hence, paying it forward.

Etsy is also a great way to consolidate unruly craft rooms.. there is always someone who wants what you have..

4. Mother's Day Benefit For Family Shelter
Set up a shop for kids to buy mom a gift, for $1.00 - $3.00, donate the proceeds to a local family homeless shelter. The local school(s) should let you do this, they have some places that I've lived.
