If you do beads and jewelry ever hit the shows?

I do it's enough to make you go insane with the eye candy and Beeeeads.. it's paradise..a feast for the beady eyed..
Anyways the way to get really neat beads that you'll never see anywhere else and get them cheap is to go to bead and lapidary shows, save up and stock up.They sell wholesale prices to the public.. I wouldn't have the collection of beads I do without hitting the shows. Here is a place to find lapidary, gem and bead shows near you.
Also check the listings in the back pages of Lapidary Journal magazine and look for your local bead societies and Gem Cutter's guilds. The Baltimore Gem Cutters guild puts on a KICK ASS show I never miss.I save up all year for it. If any DU crafters who are in Maryland and want to know when the Gem Cutters guild is doing a show next PM me..I get advance notice in the mail I'll pass it on... And the show is held 2 times a year at the Howard County fairgrounds.

i see that there's one in denver this weekend. i can't make it but there will be another in june and then another in september. i love amber and these shows will be good places to get some.
