The spin is that Biden is stepping on Hillary's toes. That Joe is putting out the message that he is in control of foreign policy...and that he did this once before....when he went to Georgia, he was saying look at me and ended up being VP.
I can't stand listening to this bullshit.

I think just looking competent and well, nicer then Cheney is enough for the American people and that is what matters. Plus, he really knows his stuff in foreign policy, he can't help THAT. And he and Hillary are friends so I think there is no real problem here.
