I was impressed that Biden spends three to five hours a day with Obama when they are both in DC. It looks like Joe is getting what he asked for and more.

I was thinking how Joe went to Latin America a few weeks ago. I wonder if he was doing some preliminary work for Obama, softening things up, setting the stage.
