2. It wasn't Joe -- Chuck just expressed surprise about how the Israelis dissed us after

Joe spoke with them. The guest "expert" said that we should have been prepared, that they've been doing that to us since James Baker, if not before. So it wasn't Joe, and it wasn't even about Joe, per se. So you didn't miss anything. :pals:

3. I don't get what the point was of Matthews

going to the Mideast with Joe. He's hardly reported anything about the trip and the interview with Joe was very short. Oh well, I guess Matthews will be talking about the trip for a long time.

He actually wasn't too bad this week on Hardball, but there are other times when he comes across as kind of smug. Then I just want to slap him.
