Dilma offers cancer medical treatment/specialists to Chavez; El Nuevo says he is a goner

Today we have Dilma continuing Lulu's support for Hugo, while in Miami El Nuevo Huevo is saying Chavez's days are numbered.

---------------------------

Chavez said he was evaluating Dilma's offer for medical support in his recuperation if needed. Chavez spoke today with Dilma, who is in Brussels.

Dilma told Chavez he could receive, if he so desired and needed it, treatment at the Syrian-Lebanese Hospital in Sao Paulo. She also offered to send medical specialists to Caracas.

The hospital is considered to be the top cancer center in South America, and is where President Fernando Lugo was successfully treated for the disease last year.

Dilma also was treated there successfully for an underarm tumor in April of 2009.

------------------
Meantime, in Miami, El Nuevo Herald is practically pronouncing Chavez dead. Again. El Nuevo says Chavez has advanced colon cancer and the worst scenario, could have four to nine months and in the best scenario, two to three years. With a "minimum probablilty" of a cure.

Jornal do Brasil story

Yara Aquino e Renata Giraldi

1. Didn't know Brazil has the best facilities for cancer treatment, although I remember Lugo went there
Very kind of Dilma Rousseff to make this offer available to Hugo Chavez.

Miami started claiming Fidel Castro was dead so many times. Makes that group seem a little ghoulish, doesn't it? Wierd. Not a doubt Fidel Castro has outlived a LOT of Miami Cubans who claimed he had died long ago.

Good old El Nuevo. Maybe to celebrate the occassion they'll photoshop another dead President picture.

3. Murdock's WSJ chimes in

Wall Street Journal: Chávez Is Believed to Have Colon Cancer
Posted By El Palomo | Published: July 8, 2011
CARACAS—President Hugo Chávez appears to be suffering from colon cancer, according to two people with direct knowledge of the president’s condition.

Mr. Chávez admitted he had cancer last week, but hasn’t disclosed what type.

The Venezuelan president disappeared from view during a trip to Cuba in early June, prompting speculation in Venezuela that he had prostate cancer.

Mr. Chávez has said he underwent surgery on June 11 for a pelvic abscess, an infection. He said doctors noticed several growths, one of which was cancerous. A malignant tumor was extracted on June 20.

The president has also said he is undergoing additional treatment, which many people interpret as chemotherapy.

Like most cancers, Early stages of colon cancer have very high survival rates, more than 90% in most cases. If the cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes or beyond, however, then survival rates fall.

The presence of an abscess is consistent with a diagnosis of colon cancer, said Alan Venook, head of the gastro-intestinal cancer program at University of California, San Francisco.

“Cancers can cause a perforation in the colon, which can seal itself over and create an abscess,” said Dr. Venook, who doesn’t know first hand the details of Mr. Chávez’s case.

4. Rupert Murdoch probably looks very similar to the abscess which visited Hugo Chavez for a while.
An abscess with dyed black hair wearing a suit. (His daughter says he dyes it with store-bought dye in the lavatory of the bathroom in his office.) Always trying to destroy leftists.

Since the doctors took 6 hours for a really thorough look around, it would stand to reason they should have detected any advancement of the disease, wouldn't you think? Hope so.

Very interesting to learn creepy little Murdoch has enough time in his day, after spying upon unsuspecting, utterly defenseless citizens to stick his gnarly snout into medical prognoses of leftist politicians. Ordinarily you wouldn't expect a yellow journalist to have such wide-ranging interests!

Brazil offers Venezuelan leader Chavez specialists to help him overcome cancer

Brazilian President Dilma Roussef offered Venezuela leader Hugo Chávez her support over the mandate’s battle against cancer. According to the Presidential House press Secretary, Rousseff expressed her sentiments during a phone call conversation held this morning.

The Brazilian leader offered Chavez to send specialists to Caracas to help him overcome the disease.

Rousseff also invited him to be treated in Brazil “if necessary”, spokesman for the Presidency, Rodrigo Baena, said. Last week, during a meeting with his counterpart in Caracas, Brazilian Foreign Minister Antonio Patriota, had already made the same offer as Roussef’s.

In 2009, Dilma Rousseff was treated for lymphoma cancer at one’s of the countries’ top facilities, the Sirio Libanés Hospital, in Sao Paulo. Paraguayan President, Fernando Lugo, also underwent treatment at the medical facility.

Recently diseased Bazillion former vice president, Jose de Alencar, was treated as well for stomach cancer at the medical centre in a battle that stretched for years.
