Does that mean he can be sexually assaulted with impunity?

Before rape shield laws which closed that line of questioning , lawyers defending those accused of rape or sexual assault would question the woman's sexual history. But I never knew declaring bankruptcy raised opened one up to sexual assault/rape.

But she is not a bad person, one was a few yrs after they split and the next was after her second marriage ended. Obviously she got in credit card trouble while newly alone.

But if she came out and said a man did that to her, I would believe her because she wouldn't put shame on her daughter, friends and family by lying.

And this is someone I personally don't really like, but there are some things you wouldn't put yourself out there up against a major player in a campaign unless it was true. She had to have been told by the lawyer they would smear her.
