Cain: I'll Overturn Supreme Court If They Strike DOMA Down (TPMLivewire)

IOWA GOP DEBATE — Herman Cain says he would “overturn” the Supreme Court if they strike down the Defense Of Marriage Act (DOMA).

"Koch" Cain strikes again!

1. Overturn? What does he mean? He'll wrestle the naysayers?
Someone give that asshole a copy of the US Constitution, and tell him it is NOT toilet paper.

IDIOT.

28. I'd like to see him try. He'd probably be impeached if he tried it.
Even conservative Republicans would have a problem with a crazy ass pizza maker ruling by fiat, even if he ruled the way they liked.

18. All I can say
He's a leader, not a reader. A reader might clue in to the fact that if the courts won't enforce your laws, you've got bigtime problems. A leader isn't troubled by such petty concerns.

34. Bachmann: ''Why is it that the big decisions always get made by the Supreme Court? ...''
Edited on Sun Nov-20-11 06:04 PM by Tx4obama

The "Why is it that the big decisions always get made by the Supreme Court? They’re not the law-makers." quote is from yesterday during the GOP Thanksgiving forum debate.

And she said something similar back in September: http://politicalcorrection.org/blog/201109290004

Bachmann is as dumb as Cain, and she's a Congresswoman!!!

43. OMG - This HAS to finally take him out
The Republicans ran around speaking of the constitution as if it was an infallible, never changing document - except that they seem to want some pretty big changes.

First Perry wanting to have the coequal Congress be part time and get half the salary - which is fine for the wealthy ones. Now cain thinks he is CEO of the country with everything reporting to him - if he were to become President - in his dreams.
