i had a list

of 250 things promised and undone i found on the intertubes and i posted it
i got an edit request and was unsure what to do to make it right
it was a list so it was all 1 paragraph
do i only need to link back to the original to comply or can someone tell me where the paragraphs start and end on it?

1. You should do two things.

First, you should have remove a significant chunk of the post so the entire list is not posted here on DU. And second, you should provide a link back to the original.

I can see your point about there not being strict paragraphs. But I think it probably would be wise to remove the lion's share of the article, so only a fraction remains.

it was my first time posting such a large item anyways and i wondered about the size of it at the time
