Now looking at all the links given in both posts I can only surmise that degrading a female is wrong but not a male.

1. I suspect if you look hard enough...

...you will find plenty of Michelle Bachmann corndog threads that were not locked by the moderators. And http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x1748594">and here is another with pictures of a bunch of GOP candidates eating corn dogs. I found them in about 30 seconds.) So I'm not sure we can make any conclusions about unfairness based on a few isolated threads. We get thousands of posts here every day, and the moderators are forced to make very difficult and very subjective decisions all the time. Absolute consistency is simply not possible.
