I alerted on it a day ago. At what point did this board recognize declaring President Obama to have demonstrated insufficient qualifications to be deemed "black" as acceptable discourse?

It appears it was sent in the middle of the night and fell through the cracks without a full review from the moderators.

I deleted it.

I alerted as soon as I saw it; I didn't realize that the timing might not be optimal.

Are there "better" and "worse" times to send alerts? Is there an unintended "shift change" effect at work?
