Is Congressional Facebook cherry-picking of messages unconstitutional?? |
|
Iowa Congressmen Steve King and Tom Latham have both censored and banned US Citizens critical political speech, guaranteed by the 1st Amendment. These "Government Officials" have deleted postings critical of them, from their offices at the US Capitol. There actions are clearly illegal and unconstitutional. That is why I filed a complaint against both Congressmen with the House Ethic Committee; and will file a complaint with the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. Some have advised a civil suit against the two men, which I am considering. Government Officials simply cannot - and should not be allowed by Facebook - to illegally cherry-pick only positive political speech. Facebook should preclude their ability from doing so. If these politicians can't stand the heat from the fires they've created with their extremism, they should leave cyberspace and take their demagoguery with them.
What do you think? I didn't know where or how to present this issue.
