Rec/Un-rec issues

I have been lurking for some time on the site and the only complaint I have is the vile way people use the Un-rec. As I understand it, there are some people who un-rec posts just because of the author and don't even look at the content. Not what the un-rec is there for (IMO). I have a suggestion, on the "My DU" page, where your latest posts are listed, allow a way for the user to see a list of user names that rec'd and unrec'd. Same rules would apply and users could not "Call somebody out" but it would allow people to see if someone is "gunning" for them. If people feel that they have been targeted in this way by say maybe 15 un-recs from the same user, he could post a complaint to a Mod and the Mod could take it up directly with a the accused and that user could be censured. Maybe cut off the user from posting for day or two. This is after all a place where grownups come to discuss grown up things, we're not three year olds in a sandbox when our feelings get hurt.
