7. I love the justification for this is that it would force kinds to have a strong ethic.
I got news for you Newt, you POS: I had a job scrubbing floors of a warehouse, and boy did that job ever make me hate life...

10. Newt should be a janitor. In prison. As an inmate.
It would be worth it to me as a taxpayer to pay Newt a dollar an hour to clean toilets.

12. Well they have small hands
so it's easier to clean stopped up toilets without a plunger and they can fit into tight spaces like heating ducts. Plus they'll work for jelly beans. It's a win-win. ;)

15. Ah yes, the Mark Hanna Days
when he was the Karl Rove of his time. When women were chained to looms, when workers were forced to piss their pants, when 8 year old children worked 16 hour days. But damnit, it built character!

17. He also demanded that the OWS protestors get a job and take a bath
Does anyone care if the original members of he Boston Tea Party had jobs or bathed? Thomas Paine was called an unkempt nomad who drank too much and couldn't hold a job. But man what an outstanding revolutionary spirit!

18. In countries that have no welfare, kids work because if not families would starve. They are often
too poor to go to school (many schools in the poor nations require that a family be able to afford at least a school uniform). They are the kids of subsistance farmers or the urban poor in less developed nations. They work on farms, hauling water, begging on the street or picking through garbage. The world is trying to stop these practices and get the kids into schools. They do not exist in the USA.
