Capitol building dome to undergo $60 million, two year repair,

Yep, that is ONLY the dome. And not to build it, either, only to repair it. And, apparently, only the exterior.

You would think all the maintenance they do all the time would have avoided this.

But, hey, we've been waiting infrastructure spending. Apparently, Washington DC heard us and is responding.
