Yeah...I've been thinking....outside the "box"...

(That was not intended to be a misogynistic pun. Anyone who thinks so may need therapy)

It’s not a heterosexual sexual circumstance or encounter per se that he is afraid of, nor of any “perversion” which might come to mind. He has had adulterous relationships with numerous women including a porn star and a Playboy centerfold, which, contrary to popular belief, accounts for a lot of his popularity among males and females. Don’t kid yourself… I’ve been a heterosexual male for 72 years generally in the company of heterosexual males, and I know what I’m talking about.

No, there’s something else going on or went on and there are just a few categories which would scare the crap out of this guy. I have four in mind: Homosexuality, Bestiality, Mutilation, and Murder.

As an aside , I was sitting on the beach last week, sunning myself, and I was looking at the thousands of people surrounding me, a few with Trump flags flanked by American flags, which annoys the living shit out of me, but that’s a story for another day. Anyway, I thought to myself: these people, these masses, these human beings with hopes, feelings, dreams, intellect, and inner being, mean absolutely nothing to the relatively few individuals who are in control of this country, no more than a single cow or a bull would be significant in a herd of 250,000 to a rancher. All these people, with their lives, their loves, their families, their contributions in the workplace, All that is meaningless to these amoral individuals. If a job is lost, a home and an automobile is foreclosed upon, if medicines cannot be afforded, or a vital life-saving procedure cannot be undertaken in a hospital and death will ensue, it matters not to the upper crust.

I once had a conversation with a very, very rich man who was a self-described Nixon Republican, who said to me earnestly that when a general plans a war campaign, he knows he’s going to lose a fair number of soldiers in that effort. His job is to first win the campaign and second to perform the action with a few losses as possible, except, and he laughed when he said this, General Patton. And so he went onto to describe his feelings about the social climate… That many would live, someone would die, and there would naturally be suffering, and this is the price you pay for civilization as we know it. His explanation was performed with a perfectly calm, rational-appearing visage, and I did what I always do in those situations, I nodded and smiled. What else is there to do or say?

And so this is how the upper crust can live with the president and live with themselves. This is how they think now as far as my earlier point about men admiring him for his “ romantic (sic) conquests” I’ll tell you a short story: in my junior year in high school I had a prom date who got sick, terribly sick, four days before the prom. She was definitely not going. My mother had a friend at her work who said that she knew a young lady who probably would be happy to attend with me and so I, with great nervousness, called her up, since I had never called a girl whom I didn’t know before. We had a very pleasant conversation, she agreed to come and be my date for the night. Her parents drove her down from Northern Jersey, and when I opened the door to greet her, she was arguably the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my life, all dressed up and made up. When I showed up at the prom with her every guy, including the jocks, the heavy duty druggies, all the guys who wouldn’t say boo to me, came over and literally shook my hand and said that they were impressed and words to that effect. After that night, I was the most popular man on campus so to speak, everywhere I went for the rest of the time I was in school, over a year, these guys would say hi to me or engage me in conversation.

It was one of the most bizarre experiences of my very bizarre life. Anyone who thinks that there are a tremendous number of people who are admiring of him because of his lady friends, or women who lust to be one of his conquest, is on the right track to understand his popularity, such as it is, right at this moment and before. The expression “sex sells“ embraces more than advertising cars or cosmetics. This Epstein story is undoubtedly extraordinary in scope and ramifications and I believe that to chronicle Epstein, you would require an encyclopedic length of writing and..AND I feel compelled to add that I have little doubt that he was a product of the Intelligence Agencies of the nation. There is no other explanation for the combination of money, access to International power structures as well as our own to the highest levels. His functions were multifaceted and in addition, he was apparently according to some, scientifically brilliant and aware of certain intricacies of technology and physics which were extremely esoteric. He wasn’t just a guy with an overactive dick.

No it’s not a “conspiracy theory” in pejorative terms, it is more than likely. Think about it before you reject it wholesale.

Have a terrific weekend.

Aaaugh!!! Riley Gaines, according to Wikipedia

had originally wanted to become…a DENTIST!!

It’s funny: when I was in dental school in the 1970’s there were three basic categories of individuals:

1. People laser-focused on their studies so that they could qualify for a specialty program such as orthodontics or periodontics or for a General Practice Residency in one of the high-falutin’ hospitals in some major metropolitan area. We used to call them “throats”.

2. Laid-back people who enjoyed their music, alcohol, pot, sex, and the like all the while doing well and becoming vaguely or more than vaguely humanistic practitioners (count me among those). Generally reasonably interesting and helpful people with a few exceptions of course.

3. The RW brush-cut military-types who were sanctimonious beyond human comprehension about everything under the sun and acted as though their shit didn’t stink and were superior in every way to the ethnic crowds beneath them. Our code word for them was “Nazis” as in “Didja hear what the Nazi said to Amy when she failed her operative practical exam? She was crying inconsolably for hours afterwards. What an asshole!” Of course, on the side these people were cheating on examinations, lying outright, stealing instruments and materials. If accused, they’d react with feigned open-mouthed horror. They could lie like nobody’s business and I should know: I was on the Student Ethical Panel for two years, reviewing cheating cases. But you better be careful around them because there were times when they acted like the Brownshirts.

Riley would have fit right in….she missed her true calling.

As someone who ACTUALLY HAS chronic venous insufficiency, may I say

That I have something to expound:

I am a dentist who worked standing up my entire career of essentially 50 years including schooling. When I was about 45-50 I began developing thin varicosities near my ankle of my left foot, likely because I utilized my right foot to activate the pedal for the handpieces and thus leaned heavily to the left. Things were stable until I was 63 years of age and I received an insect bite on my left leg halfway down my shin. My leg acutely swelled up such that I took myself to the ER thinking it might well be a blood clot and the physicians felt the same way.

After multiple tests and sonograms they posited that the insect bite caused my lymphatics to open wide and because I had been, for want of a better word, abusing my leg, all the vessels of my limb were now likely permanently somewhat dilated. Sure enough, my left leg is slightly to somewhat swollen at the end of every day and it is nearly totally relieved in the morning when I awaken. I live with this and accept it: better than many of my comrades who suffer horrendous back pain from sitting and twisting/leaning for decades.

Other than my foot and lower aspect of my ankle, I show no signs of this condition. Now here’s the thing: to render this diagnosis definitively I had the following to rule out more serious illness: weekly leg sonograms for four weeks, treadmill stress test, PET scan stress test, sonogram of my heart, and three or four other tests including blood tests every 90 days. They distinctly informed me that since I had no other symptoms and the tests were essentially negative across the board, that this is LIKELY my diagnosis.

I don’t have ecchymosis of my hands, I don’t have swollen legs bilaterally, I do not have pallor, and I don’t exhibit many of the outward signs and symptoms which President Orangina does. But here’s the point: I eat relatively healthily, am active all day in terms of movement, I am not grossly overweight, I do not need for whatever reason to put makeup on my hands, and people tell me I look well for a male of my genetic background who’s over 70. And yet I have a condition which arguably is relatively minor as things go, but a condition of cardiovascular disease nonetheless.

I am of the absolute near-certain opinion that given the outward visualization of this guy, the docs and the handlers sat down and decided that the absolute most benign condition which could be diagnosed from his appearance alone was chronic venous insufficiency. My considered professional diagnosis after viewing over seventy thousand patients in my career is “No Fucking Way”.

As a coda, please allow me to say that if in fact this were true, then it woukd be the first time in which they told the truth about anything. The odds are low on that score in my estimation.

When I was 16 I aced my driving test in Pennsylvania

The six foot six inch state trooper who accompanied me in my tiny Triumph Herald 1200 with tears in his eyes said, “Sir, if I may have the temerity to call you Sir at such an age which you are, I have never ever seen anyone manipulate a motor vehicle with the dexterity and outstanding judgement which you have shown. It is my privilege and honor to bestow upon you the privilege of driving a motor vehicle in the Commonwealth.”

Yep…that’s exactly how it happened.

Except that I failed my first test because I was so nervous I couldn’t process his directions and what he actually said was, “Kid, you need more practice in control of your vehicle as well as listening to what people in authority are telling you to do during a test. Maybe you’ll do better next time.” With that, he exited the “vehicle”.

Of course the point here is that the truth of what happened differs markedly, actually ENTIRELY from the “story”, just like someone we know

Another (interesting) DOGE casualty:

Trickle-down economics, fascist-Rethug Style:

https://www.inquirer.com/food/restaurants/birdhouse-gelato-closes-bella-vista-20250715.html?utm_medium=referral&utm_source=ios&utm_campaign=app_ios_article_share&utm_content=F6NNMYMFHBFRZD7NGKB6XZTCB4

Birdhouse Gelato in Bella Vista will shut down soon — and owner Aspen Simone cites the elimination of their day job under orders of the Department of Government Efficiency.
Without that paycheck, Simone no longer can support Birdhouse, which opened in January in the same storefront as the Underbite Bites, a bakery. Many entrepreneurs work other jobs while bootstrapping new ventures. “The numbers worked in that context,” Simone, 36, told The Inquirer. “I had a little bit of extra income, and I was able to pay somebody to be here when I wasn’t. [After the layoff], I couldn’t make the numbers work.”

Customers, meanwhile, have been flocking to Birdhouse for distinctive flavors, such as the chai-like pasticceria Siciliana, a heady combination of roasted barley, cardamom, citrus peel, and cinnamon, and the stracciatella, brimming with house-made dark chocolate chips. Last week, the shop was included in an Inquirer map of the region’s best ice cream shops.
Birdhouse’s gelato may be rich, but so is the irony here: Simone was a technology consultant with 18F, an agency within the General Services Administration that helped other federal agencies improve their digital services. “We did government-efficiency work before it was a buzzword,” Simone said.

"There are people who f**k chickens"

This was my father‘s response when I came home from high school one day, shocked that something had happened. I cannot even remember what it was, but as a high school student, I thought it was a very big deal and some kind of violation of something. He quite plainly said to me, “nothing should ever shock you, remember there are people who fuck chickens.“

These people involved in these sexual and predatory cults participate in activities that the vast majority of us cannot begin to conceive of, so having sex with underage individuals for them is relatively benign. They consider themselves on the moral end of the spectrum compared with others who do some pretty unspeakable stuff.

Many years ago I had an acquaintance describe an act that he was involved with that was so incredibly disgusting and revolting that to this day, and it must be close to 50 years, I still visualize it at times and literally have to shake my head to get it out of my consciousness. No worries, I’m not going to relate it here… But let me tell you that on the spectrum of these horrible human beings, pedophilia and ephedrophilia is the foyer to the house of activities.

There are foci of individuals who participate in these events in a multitude of areas all over the world. You can only imagine, or likely you cannot, what went on on a private island with no boundaries. I am certain that somewhere, someone has a diary, kept meticulously, and that would be something to see. For whatever years is the point of experiencing this if you can’t talk about it? For a tame example, think of the single woman Monica Lewinsky: she needed to tell someone, in her case exactly the wrong individual, of her Oval Office experiences. A married woman of stature might not want to do this, for she has much more to lose by doing so.

We shall see how this unfolds, if at all.

A Sunday Tale told previously but...

I believe it Bears Repeating.

Many years ago I treated the number one Democratic political fund raiser in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He was an unusual individual who had basically won the “political lottery”. He had been the only significant political person in the Philadelphia and surrounding four county area who supported a virtually unknown-outside-Georgia peanut farmer for President. The rest is history as we all know. This gentleman rose to the pinnacle of fund-raising heights, and no Democratic politician came through Pennsylvania without paying homage to him for over thirty years.

He was fairly neurotic and dentally hypochondriacal so I saw him a lot: his secretary had me on speed dial and the answer was always “Yes” when he wanted to see me, because you do not say “No” to these people who are infinitely more powerful than politicians because they answer to no one. One day, when Rick Santorum was running for reelection to the Senate, I was treating the fellow in question and asked him the following almost verbatim: “This Congressman Klink is only trailing by a few points, why hasn’t there been a widespread campaign in the eastern part of the State to unseat this slimy creep Santorum?”

The response was, and I’m quoting EXACTLY, “Because it’s not our time yet.” He went on to intimate that a deal had been struck and we were to lose this election in return for something else.” I asked him deferentially if he had ever read Joseph Heller’s Catch-22. He replied that he had not. I simply stated to him that an officer in the American Army, in this fictitious story, made a deal with the Nazis to bomb his own airfield in return for whatever. The fundraiser laughed and replied, “Yeah, something like that.”

I wonder what deals have been made in this era.

This guy executed his own father for "treason"

https://www.inquirer.com/crime/justin-mohn-murder-trial-levittown-20250709.html?utm_medium=referral&utm_source=ios&utm_campaign=app_ios_article_share&utm_content=LIFCYQYW5RHJFGEK3MFPQM6IZM

You just have to read the entire article. Really really frightening. To quote a few paragraphs is like trying to explain the Tate-LoBianco killings by Manson’s group in two sentences. This is what is going to occur more and more. Horrific and almost unbelievable.

Here's a new DOGE twist:

I know a lady who mistakenly, not deliberately or with malice aforethought, did not accurately report her work hours to Social Security and was overpaid $6000.00. She made a deal to pay $200 a month deducted from her check monthly which she and the examiner were more than satisfied with.

After DOGE “review”, they are withholding the entire check until the amount due is paid. Fair enough, although draconian. BUT… she has her Medicare Medical premium withdrawn normally BUT rather than withdrawing it from her check amount and withholding the balance of the check she now has to pay quarterly IN ADVANCE for her premium or she has no coverage.

Any manner of screwing someone in the “lower classes” over and they figure a way to do so, but lists of pedophiles and ephedrophiles linked to the wealthy and powerful just “disappear”. Wondrous is this world in which we are living.
