In a scathing 63-page ruling on Friday, Judge Angel Kelley wrote, Under the guise of promoting American dignity, this Administration seeks to share a limited history by ordering the removal of all signs, displays, and interpretive exhibits at National Parks that do not align with its preferred narrative, thereby telling half-truths.
Kelley, an appointee of President Joe Biden, ordered that the restoration be complete by July 3, ahead of the nations 250th birthday. In the ruling, she also blocked the Trump administration from making any further changes to exhibits at national parks.
In a statement on Saturday, an Interior Department spokesperson called Kelley a liberal activist judge and suggested that the department could appeal the ruling.
Much more of this, please!
Time Magazine is now reporting chump's name may remain until after weekend.
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trumps-name-may-stay-on-kennedy-center-past-friday-deadline/ar-AA25v3Sb?ocid=BingNewsSerpOn Thursday evening, the Board of Trustees of the Kennedy Center appealed a ruling that ordered the removal of Trumps name from the centers building and the centers online materials and accounts by Friday. U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper previously ruled that only Congress, not the Board, has the authority to change the centers name. In recent days, Trumps name had been removed from the centers official website, voicemail and YouTube channel.
In the filing, the Kennedy Center said the court should grant a stay of the judges order, because it has strong arguments to raise on appeal, and that removing Trumps name would be both wasteful for the Center and confusing for the public

New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel was named the 2025 AP NFL Coach of the Year
YAY, Mike! Couldn't be more thrilled! Now, on to the SuperBowl...
https://www.patriots.com/news
On Thursday night, the Associated Press named head coach Mike Vrabel the Coach of the Year and offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels took home assistant coach of the year honors. Vrabel beat out four other finalists to become the 14th coach all-time to win Coach of the Year two or more times, as New England's head coach also won the award as Titans head coach in the 2021 season. Vrabel is also the first Patriots coach to win the award since Bill Belichick in 2010.
Vrabel inherited a Patriots team that won a total of eight games combined in the two seasons before his arrival. This season, New England tied for the best record in the NFL at 14-3. The 10-win turnaround is tied for the biggest one-year improvement in NFL history, tying the 1999 Colts and 2008 Dolphins, who also had 10-win improvements from the prior season. The Patriots also became the first team in NFL history to go 9-0 on the road (including playoffs) and went from 29th in FTN Fantasy's DVOA metric last season to ninth in the 2025 season.

I wonder - Was Dozing Donnie wearing his Purple Hearts for the ceremony today?
Amazingly, I thought he had only one, but - NO - he has TWO Purple Hearts! Of course, both were gifted to him by actual veterans. The only bullet (?) DD ever took was in Butler, PA.
Remember these?

At least he hasn't claimed (yet) that he earned them, but as his dementia progresses, it wouldn't surprise that he goes into "stolen valor" territory.
Did I accidentally "call" this yesterday?

At least we've been told it's a replica. For all we know, he had the true original shipped down there when it was supposedly being "restored", and the replica is sitting in the Oval.
