Jesus Ain't Coming, and I'm Leaving

And even if He did come back, He would just remind you that God only gave you free will and you will reap just what you sow.

That seems to be what most people are waiting for? Who else can take on an Anti-Christ?

So, it is up to the voters. They will choose the fate of this nation.

I am leaving DU for a while. I will find another way to help Kamala and Tim win the race, other than trying to persuade with simple words.

See you on the other side.

The media is failing in its duty to report on the threats of Donald J Trump.

It is not just up to the Democrats to hold him responsible. It is also the duty of a free press.

The most dangerous culprit to America is FOX News.

They will not report that Trump has threatened to use the DOJ to go after his political enemies. He has threatened to use the military against the "enemy within". (Anyone that disagrees with him personally is an enemy of our country)

He has threatened to round up millions of immigrants and put them in prison or send them back to their countries of origin. FOX News will not report on any of it.

But it is not just FOX. It is all of our media. They are falling down on the job. These threats must be taken seriously and reported upon. They cannot be ignored.

He is warning Americans about what his plans are going to be if he is elected to the White House. When someone tells you who they are, believe them.

The media is failing America.

Is our country more like Donald Trump or Kamala Harris?

Lord help us if we are more like the lying criminal coward.

Karma is going to screw us royally.

As sure as the laws of physics exist, for every action, there will be a like reaction.

We cannot escape, thru an alternate reality or a cult of personality, the consequences of our actions.

America is at a crossroads and we will reap what we have sown.

There is no escape.

This is not meant to be a warning, just an observation.

Trump threatens to use the DOJ to go after his political enemies...

And if they try to over-throw an election to stay in power, and steal our national secrets, and cozies up to dictators, and incites violence against our country, then I would agree with him. Use your DOJ and go after the criminals.

Obviously, he thinks that is what they are doing to him. But if he followed our Constitution and laws, he would not have been pursued. Do as I say, not as I do?

He sees them as "political enemies". We see them as guardians of our democracy.

He's gone down the rabbit hole and knocking on their door.

He wants to see their papers.

Maybe they tunneled their way from across the border?

And they are the most vicious rabbits on earth. They will burrow right into your kitchen and cut your throat.

They have invaded our country!

When Trump dies...

They will not have to bury him in a coffin.

They can just give him an enema and bury him in a shoebox.

Polls: Registered Voters vs Likely Voters

Most people agree that a poll of "likely voters" is more accurate than a poll of "registered voters". Why?

For example, a person that has voted in 3of 4 of the last elections is more likely to vote in the next election than a "registered voter", that may have never voted.

As we know, everyone that is registered to vote does not vote. A high percentage, perhaps as high as 40 to 50%, may not vote in the next election?

The recent poll by NBC News was a poll of "registered voters". Personally, I do not put a lot of stock in it. I would much prefer a poll of "likely voters".

If Trump wins the election, would he be a legitimate President?

After all, the people will have spoken.

However, the Justice system was prevented from speaking. It was blocked at every turn and the people did not receive the justice they deserved.

Does that not matter?

In my opinion, he would not be a legitimate president.

I simply cannot believe that all the people that voted for Trump the first and second time...

...will vote for him a third time.

Of course, his hard core cult followers, with their red hats and huge flags, will vote for him no matter what. Even if he was dead, they would write him in.

But, those people that voted for him because of the "R" behind his name, or because they saw him as a conduit to stay in office, will not vote for him a third time, in my opinion.

They voted for him a second time in 2020, but it was before the attempted coup of January 6th and the crime wave that followed. Many of those folks are going to leave him, in my opinion.

I could be wrong but I think the polls are way off target. I refuse to believe that these folks will dispose of their democracy for a malevolent, narcissistic psycho.

In a few short weeks, we will know the answer.
