gotto make some phone calls to either cancel some drs appointmens or make them over the phone visits and cancel phyiscal therapy. calling my health care worker for instructions tomrrow for shpping . i wont be going with him

i usually go shopping tuesday and wed . i have a health care worker who drives me to drs apts and so on, he will go alone wo me as he knows i am in self isolation for two weeks .
got to make some phone calls to cancel apts or to make them into a phone visit . physical thearapy is out of the question but i will still do my home exercises . together with my du family i will get over this . ps : no fever to speak of and room 02 is 95%.

yesterday, felt like someone had punched me in the arm. no more !!! also sleepy. last time i had my regular 2nd dose was tired for a few weeks to a month. theory. body was working at all ahead full. ( overdrive ) and then kaput. the antibodes were working hard . waiting for next one whenever it is required .

wanted to do our county health dept, but the experiance for me with myturn.gov was horrible . went to cvs, applied the night before for a apointment and boom, done . had a chat with the lady who adminnistered the injection. she asked ," when will this ever end ? i mentioned ," as long as people are stoopid , self centered and selfish, never" she aggreed.
