The same guy who, after the Wellstone plane went down in flames, was "elected" to Wellstone's Senate seat?

That guy?

"There was evidence of an intense post-crash fire," (acting chairwoman of the NTSB Carol) Carmody said. ``The fuselage (main body of the plane) was destroyed. The cockpit was gone. The left wing was badly burned. The right wing was severely damaged, and the tail was two-thirds intact."
