You'd think that if the Governing Council actually sent the wrong draft by mistake, they'd be fully capable of sending a corrected version by themselves.

You'd also think the US would prompt them to do this, just for appearances sake, but that's the difference between a run-of-the-mill, standard-issue US Imperialist, and these idiot incompetents in the White House. They aren't even good at being bad!
