No, this is the cop Trying to subdue a black carjacking, crack dealing, prior felon that not only ran from cops and put people at risk, but fought being subdued by striking cops, biting one, and grabbing the testicles of the cop while handcuffed.

Nuff said. The verdict should have been NOT GUILTY across the board.

---Of course, being handcuffed with four cops holding you face down on the hood of a car ISN'T SUBDUED ENOUGH.
