So not putting a check next to JoAnne Kloppenburgs name, even though all precincts are in, and she is the winner, is meant to keep doubt in people's minds. "We really don't know, wink wink", "if this is a legitimate win" until the recounts. Republicons and the corporations that they work for, have been playing this game for years, unless of course their candidate wins the seat that the Koch Klan has purchased for them, then, the traitor Koch boys, might try to stop a recount. Anyway, I will think of Joanne Kloppenburg, as the duly elected, Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice, Justice Kloppenburg.
