under oath public testimony!

"and that Condi NOT be called backed for further testimony and that NO other White House offials be called for future questioning"
and "that bush* and cheney appear TOGETHER before the commission for only 1 hour and that notes can be taken ONLY by 1 person and that these fucking notes be classified too"....:wtf: ???? why did the fucking 911 Commission agree????

this a a bullshit investigation!!!!

"Yesterday, Mr. Bush's lawyer told the commission that Ms. Rice would testify. And after months of unacceptable delay, the lawyer said Mr. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney would also talk to the entire commission in private, not under oath. But the panel had to pay a price: it agreed, at the administration's insistence, that after Ms. Rice testifies, it will not call her back or ask any other White House official to testify in public.".....NYTimes
