Around my house, we were thinking of a phony VP candidate, to throw the media off the track and maybe even get the Bushies to spend some attack money. We were thinking Hillary.

But McCain is even better because every day it's a dent in the idea that Kerry is just a Massachusetts liberal. Nope, he's a guy that McCain likes so well that he hasn't said a bad word about him.

I don't know who Kerry will pick. If you think of Teresa and Max, the things they have in common are being outspoken, absolutely down to earth and huge hearts. Which actually sounds a bit like Howard Dean! That won't happen, anybody else fit that bill?
