Alabama
Alaska
Georgia
Idaho
Indiana
Kansas
Mississippi
Montana
Nebraska
North Dakota
Oklahoma
South Carolina
South Dakota
Texas
Utah
Wyoming

If Kerry starts winning those states, he's in for a landslide.

Better chances in these states:

Arizona
Colorado
Kentucky
Louisiana
North Carolina
Virginia
West Virginia

Those states could go to Kerry, but they're more likely to go to Bush.

Possible wins for Kerry:

Arkansas
Florida
Missouri
Nevada
Ohio
Tennessee

The chances in those states are practically 50/50.

Likely wins for Kerry:

Iowa
Maine
Michigan
Minnesota
New Hampshire
New Mexico
Oregon
Pennsylvania
Washington
Wisconsin

Kerry will probably win those states, but it might be close.

Almost definite wins for Kerry:

California
Connecticut
Delaware
District of Columbia
Hawaii
Illinois
Maryland
Massachusetts
New Jersey
New York
Rhode Island
Vermont

If Kerry starts to lose those states, he's in trouble.

Of course, I could be absolutely wrong. I always worry these predictions will come back to bite me on the ass.
