17. Even if they found 3 nukes in Baghdad today, it would be very suspicious.
We now know they had NO infrastructure, NO aluminum tubes suitable for uranium enrichment, NO uranium (that wasn't under UN lock and key, and has all been accounted for), no centrifuges (save a few parts buried in a scientists back yard), no WMD programs whatsoever.

If they found 3 nukes in Iraq today, they would almost certainly be plants. Unless, that is, their "intent" to one day build them managed to make them materialize out of thin air.
