Osama "perceived" The Bush Administration was weak and attacked
Apparently he was correct, because busha nd co. failed to go after and capture or kill Osama for his attack on America. Instead, bush and Co decided to attack iraq After our installed President in Afghanistan signed a pipeline deal.

just when troops could have captured or killed Osama in Tora Bora, we let him escape and then Bush called Osama irrelevent and was marginalized.

now Bush is threatening to cancel elections because this "marginalized and irrelevent" mastermind is planning a November terror attack!

I can see how Osama would prefer Bush as president, he succeeded in his first attack on America and got away with mass murder.
