9. Who has said he is a strong leader?
This is a very tricky argument to make because people reflexively rally 'round the leader when troops are in harm's way. I think the tone has been correct. They are saying that Bush is fighting a necessary war on terror in the wrong fashion. And got us into a difficult situation in Iraq with bad information. But you can't go before the American people and say, "Situation hopeless!!"
