Members of Congre$$ must wear uniforms, live in barracks and be prohibited from accepting gifts of any sort.
All energy companies must be nationalized.
The government must fund an Opposition News Network, dedicated 25/7 to presenting the opposing viewpoint, regardless* of which party is in power.
Presidential campaigns must be financed with public money.
