7. Man, the corporate media SUCKS
Edited on Sat Apr-09-05 08:04 AM by Clark2008
I've found several references to it on Google and the ONLY US news covering it thus far is the San Fran Examiner.

Here's something from the Telegraph in Britain:

Tens of thousands of Iraqis have marched into Baghdad on the second anniversary of the fall of Saddam Hussein to protest at the presence of American troops in the country.

Protesters march through Baghdad

The protest, organised by radical cleric Moqtadr al-Sadr, is thought to be the largest demonstration since American troops entered Iraq.

Chanting "No, no, USA," and carrying Iraqi flags, the protesters converged on Baghdad's Firdos square.

Elsewhere, in continued violence, a roadside bomb killed 15 Iraqi soldiers and wounded several others in Latifiyah, 30 miles south of Baghdad, a defence ministry official said.
